Refund Policy

Waymaker prides itself in designing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. If the delivered itinerary and/or flights and lodging did not meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right.

Waymaker's services and packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable. After your itinerary has been delivered, but before your trip, we will work with you to make changes to your itinerary until you’re happy. We are positive that we can create a travel plan that you’ll love.

Exceptions: If you cancel your package before we have spent less than two hours working on your trip, we will offer a full refund.
